Examvora is an exam preparation platform operated by WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS, based in Nigeria, helping students prepare for JAMB UTME, WAEC, NECO, GCE, BECE and Post-UTME through practice questions, an AI study coach, CBT simulators and a school CBT portal.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, student dashboard, school portal, and any related mobile experience.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, school and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Learning activity: practice sessions, CBT simulator attempts, scores, study plans, AI coach conversations, forum posts, and leaderboard/referral activity.
Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment partner Flutterwave processes your card, bank or transfer details directly. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount and a transaction reference.
School data: for partner schools using the school CBT portal, we collect administrator and student information needed to run computer-based tests and track results.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and basic usage logs, used to keep the platform secure and working reliably.
To create and secure your account, and let you log in from your devices.
To deliver practice questions, CBT simulators, AI coaching and personalised study plans, and to track your progress and leaderboard ranking.
To process subscription payments through Flutterwave and confirm successful transactions.
To run the referral program and credit rewards to the correct accounts.
To send you important updates about your account or subscription — by email or in-app notification.
To improve the platform, fix bugs and keep it secure, including reviewing activity logs when investigating an issue.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We share the minimum necessary data with: Flutterwave (to process payments), our hosting/database infrastructure, and your school (if you use the platform through a partner school's CBT portal, your school administrator can see your results for tests they administer).
We may disclose information if required by Nigerian law, a valid court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you can ask us to: show you the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or delete your account and associated data (subject to records we must keep for billing or legal reasons).
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 8.
We keep account and learning records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and billing history.
Passwords are hashed, not stored in readable form. Access to student and school data is restricted to authorised staff and, for school accounts, that school's own administrators.
Many of our users are secondary school students preparing for WAEC, NECO or BECE. Where a student is enrolled through a partner school, the school is responsible for obtaining any consent required from parents/guardians for that student to use the platform, in line with its own enrolment process.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to support@examvora.ng.
